Surfer - Beginner

We will guide you and teach you techniques to ride your first wave. With step-by-step instruction and support through each step. Until you are comfortable to emmerce yourself in the wonderful open ocean.

Surfer - Intermediate

Improve your surfing skills with us at Wave. Building up your awareness of catching the waves and having fun at the same time.

Surfer - Advanced

For experienced surfers who know how to surf and would like to get the most out of their surf trip. Are welcome to explore the open waves. We can give you tips on the best spots in the area to surf at an advanced level.

Yoga & Meditation

Our yoga teacher Sarah has planned a lovely week filled with yoga and reflection! The yoga and meditation are suitable for all levels, everyone can join regardless of previous experience. The session will be held both outdoors and close to the beach.

Yoga

In the morning sessions you will learn the practice of Yin Yang Yoga, which blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin and Yang are the Taoist concepts which describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward. For a balanced yoga practice we need to include both Yang and Yin aspects. Combining both elements in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels.

Guided Meditation

Through the week you will learn different techniques of meditation, so that you can have a better vision about the form of meditation which could be more suitable to your nature. The techniques are including, Chakra meditation.
